Jeri and Mike are super friendly and wonderful to work with. They owned the property next to ours so we got to interact somewhat regularly. When we had requests, like having construction done at our house, Jeri was always very accommodating. I hope we get to know them better and continue to work with them!

Schlick did an amazing job on our property. They updated the kitchen and bathroom, painted the whole house, redid the hardwood floors in the whole house, and painted the basement. They were so easy to work with and communicated with us throughout the whole project. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

We engaged Schlick Construction to finish remodeling a 5-unit apartment. When we engaged Schlick, the sent a project manager and foreman to review our needs and produce a bid. Their communication was the best we've ever experienced. The work was done to the quality we requested and all changes were clearly communicated.
